To find out how much is required for your move and to ensure it foes as smoothly as possible, there are typically 4 aspects that need to be taken into consideration:
✅ The distance between A and B (the distance between where the pick up address is and the address for the "drop off."
✅ The type/size of the vehicle you need to move what you have.
✅ The amount of movers you will require.
✅ The
time you will need the movers for.
DISTANCE
To find the distance for your move simply visit Google Maps - Directions and put in the address that you need items delivered from in the "Enter starting point" field and the address that you need the items delivered to in the "Enter destination" field and press the "Get directions" button.
Take note of the Km (kilometers) figure, which is the fastest route and in the below example (Leyroy Merlin to Sant Bartomeu) it's 14.0Km.
Round the number down if it's not exactly a Km figure, so for example 14.4Km would 14 Km, 70.8km would be 70km etc.
VEHICLE
Here's a list of different vehicles and the available space in each, so you can pick the best one to match your needs best!
7 Seater SUV
Seats: Up to 7 Seats Including Driver
Boot space (rear seats down): 765 Litres
Total CIRCA space: 1 Cubic Sq Meter (approximately 12 Bin Bags or 8 moving boxes).
Price Per Km: €1.40 per Km if the Google Maps result is up to 50km for the quickest route (€18 euro minimum).
For trips over 50Km, it's €1.30 per Km.
Includes driver, time the journey takes and 10 minutes for loading / unloading.
Large Van (Long Wheel Base)
Seats: Up to 3 Seats Including Driver
Total CIRCA space: 14 Cubic Square Meter
Approximately 168 Bin Bags or 112 moving boxes.
Price Per Km: €1.50 if the Google Maps result is up to 50km for the quickest route (€18 euro minimum).
For trips over 50Km, it's 1.40 per Km

Big Box Van
Seats: Up to 3 Seats Including Driver
Total CIRCA space: 18 Cubic Square Meter
Approximately 216 Bin Bags or 144 moving boxes.
Price Per Km: €1.60 if the Google Maps result is up to 50km for the quickest route (€18 euro minimum).
For trips over 50Km, it's 1.50 per Km

MOVERS
How many professional movers are best suited to your individual requirements!
As well as experience, we can bring equipment, which are invaluable in making your move far less stressful and quicker in being completed.
TIME
When you hire professionals things move faster.
5 minutes loading and 5 minutes unloading (10 minutes in total) by one mover is included in Vehicle/Transport only service.
When labour takes longer, it's €12.50 for every 20 minutes (per mover). A lot can be achieved in 20 minutes.
Do not worry if you go over or under when estimating your task, we will simply adjust the final invoice for you accordingly.

Gym Equipment (Car)
El Campello to Busot €18.00

The travel quote is €12.60 (9km x €1.40 per Km), plus approximately 5 minutes total labour each side which is included. We have a minimum job amount of €18, so the quote is €18.00
Conforama Shop Trip (Van)
El Campello to Busot €70.70
"Picking up 3 heavy items from Conforama and delivering it to me at my address in Busot, it's 13.8km away. Please see the screenshot of the items. I think about 25 minutes at the shop and 15 minutes to bring into the house should do it (2 movers needed)".
The travel quote is €20.80 (13km x €1.60 per Km), and 40 minutes approximate labour will require two 20 minute "blocks," for 2 movers, so the quote is €70.80
Moving House (Van)
Alicante to El Campello €26.90
"Moving from a 1 bed apartment in Alicante Mercado to an apartment by La Fonda restaurant in El Campello, it's exactly 17.2km and it's under 30 minutes labour each side but 2 movers required.
The travel quote is €27.20 (17km x €1.60 per Km), plus 60 minutes labour with 2 movers, so the quote is €102.20.
Bags (Car)
Valencia to Playa San Juan €228.80

The travel quote is €228.80 (176km x €1.30 per Km), with 5 minutes labour included, so the quote is €228.80
4 Bed Local House Move (Box Van)
Busot to Busot €600
"Moving from a 4 bed house in Busot to another house in Busot, it's under 2km but a wide range of items to take (approximately 8 hours work and 2 movers needed)".
In this case we will waive the travel quote and just quote on time for 2 professional movers and will provide a Luton van for the day. With 8 hours labour required with 2 professional movers, the quote is €600.
Benidorm Move (Car)

"Need to move with just bags, it's 34km and under 5 minutes labour each side.
The travel quote is €52.50 (17km x €1.40 per Km), plus 60 minutes labour with 2 movers, so the quote is €47.60.
